　　后面跟了一句做定语用的issued by… 过去分词结构，修饰先行词document，意即由谁来出具单据，此其二。

　　第三，evidencing that… 仍然是定语成分，修饰前面的document;document 和evidence 之间，有着逻辑上的主谓关系，因此只能用现在分词evidencing。
