　　一、谈谈你对曾经使用过的某一个旅游产品的用户体验，且举例说明你所使用过的旅游产品中好的用户体验或者糟糕的用户体验。

　　1.无休止的加班。

　　原因：当加班成为一种常态的时候，很多本来能在工作时间完成的事情也不会尽快完成，而是想，反正我还要加班。一会儿再做。这样对工作的效率十分不利，而且还会失去自己的生活。

　　处理：提高自己的执行能力和办事效率，制定每天的工作计划，明确轻重缓急，把能遇见的最难的事情头一个解决掉。

　　2. 占用员工午休时间成为一种常态。

　　原因：例如，常规的员工培训或者经验分享等是很重要且有意义的事情，但是如果放在员工的午休时间，却恰恰可能使员工感到压力和反感。

　　处理：克服个人情绪，因为这是对自己职业发展十分有好处的事情，就算是在休息时间做也没有关系。
