　　有些求职指导书上是这样“指导”读者的：形式上要显得与众不同，突出你的个性。有一位人事经理曾经拿到这样一封求职信，求职信封上写道：“不看我的简历，您将遗憾终生。”打开一看，却发现3个错别字，结果可想而知。“出挑”的简历不是形式上的不同，而是要在实质上显现个性，比如在填写简历中用词准确到位，以体现自己驾驭文字的能力;在内容上写出特别的求学、实习经历，来体现个性、能力的出众，这样的“眼睛一亮”才让用人单位感到舒服。当然，形式的独特并非禁忌，比如用黄色的复印纸打出简历就独特得恰到好处。简历的包装并不是简单的“矫情肉麻”，更不是夸大虚假的“伪装”，而是应该根据应聘不同职业做出相应的改变。比如一个物理系的女生想去做文秘，她可以把自己的专业背景做一定的“模糊处理”，改“某大学物理系”为“某大学理学士”，这样就免去了用人单位可能造成“人才不对口”的坏印象。
