　　biotech就是「生物科技」

　　例 1) The success of the genetically cloned goats marked a milestone in domestic biotech development.

　　Taiwan Beer的「酿酒术」好，让消费者满足的举杯「大口畅饮」，也让「老字号」台湾啤酒的受欢迎程度「遥遥领先」其它品牌，「酿酒术」的英文就是"brewing"，「酿造」或「酿酒」的`意思,而「技术」的一种英文说法就是"know-how" (技术;本事;或窍门)的意思，因为 know-how意味着「从事一件事的知识」，所以"know-how"就是「技术;本事;或窍门」，而「酿酒术」的英文就是”the know-how of alcohol brewing”，可说是「酒精酿造的技术」，满足的举杯「大口畅饮」;「大口畅饮」或「干杯」的英文就是”bottoms up”，意思是「一饮而尽;干杯」，因为”bottoms up”意味着「畅饮到杯子颠倒而杯底朝上」，所以 "bottoms up" 就是「一饮而尽;干杯」。「老字号」的英文说法就是 “a long standing name”，因为 long standing就是「经年累月的;持续甚久的」意思，所以，"a long standing name" 就是「老字号」，Taiwan Beer, a long standing name in the beer market,「遥遥领先」其它品牌，「遥遥领先」的英文说法就是“ahead of the pack” ，如果逐字翻译的话，意思是「在大家的前面」;因为 ahead就是「在某某前方或领先」的意思，而”pack”就是「群或团体」的意思，因此 "ahead of the pack" 就是「遥遥领先」。
